Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to begin a rewarding career in accounting and finance.

You’ll assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, data entry, and general ledger tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately

  • Assist with bank and account reconciliations

  • Help prepare balance sheets and financial reports

  • Manage invoices, billing, and expense tracking

  • Maintain digital and physical financial records

  • Support monthly and year-end closing procedures

  • Collaborate with senior accountants and internal teams

You’ll assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, data entry, and general ledger tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero preferred)

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
