Oversee and guide the work of junior designers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
Manage external design resources when necessary.
